"We are admittedly rather perplexed by recent developments. On the one hand, we are told that EF resolutions have the force of absolute law, and on the other that they cannot override peremptory norms of international law. Which is it? Unfortunately, it cannot be both.
"If any members wish to leave, that is their own prerogative. For our part, Pelasgia will continue to trade with all countries and has no wish to take part in prolonged foreign entanglements. We view the EF as a forum for international discussions, and hope that it continue to act in this capacity."
