The Imperial Navy enforcing the quarantine of Ebria in an effort to further contain the conflict and limit foreign involvement in the civil crisis, that already has two foreign military forces fighting on Ebrian soil, has intercepted and detained a Tianese cargo ship carrying arms and munitions into the conflict zone in contravention of the naval quarantine. The vessel was alerted multiple times to allow itself to be boarded or divert to another port for unloading or inspections of its cargo. After repeated attempts, naval commandos from the detachment boarded the vessel by air and commenced operations to enforce compliance.

In the process of searching the vessel, the members of the commando team opened several containers containing weapons and large quantities of munitions. The quarantine is in place to attempt and stabilize the situation and defuse the conflict in Ebria before it further escalates as more foreign forces are thrown into the conflict, or further atrocities are committed by either side. Compliance with the quarantine is asked, for humanitarian aid will not be withheld by the Empire from the Ebrian people, as Konstantin has not forgotten how the Ebrian people had treated his own cause.

The vessel that has been seized and impounded by the Imperial navy will have its remaining cargo searched and the contraband of armaments seized. All aid of other sorts will be permitted to either continue after inspection to the ports in Ebria aboard the vessel or re-loaded onto another vessel to still be transported to the Ebrian people. The crew upon arrival in port will transited by rail into neighboring Vrijpoort or Rheinbund where they may return home, we are not in the business of detaining the civilian crews following instruction from their company at home, and returning them home with urgency is the best solution for them.

Honourable Minister,

The Pelasgian Empire has received direct communications from the @Hanseatic Republics directly confirming the country's being defended by nuclear weapons and its first-strike policy if attacked. Pelasgia has also been approached by various international powers de facto allied or sympathetic to @Radilo about the possibility of talks to end the Special Military Operation.

With this in mind, we advise our trusted Tarusan allied to not directly attack the Hanseatics, for fear of nuclear war. In the meantime, we will attend these so-called "talks," to see if we can reach some kind of understanding or, at the very least, buy time. As you well know, our own strategic forces are in place, and should the Hanseatics attack an ally with weapons of mass destruction, we will not hesittate to reliate.

Instead of attacking the Hanseatics, we ask that Tarusa move its naval forces in position so as to be better placed to intercept a Federation naval intervention in the Meridian, which seems almost inevitable.

We thank our Pelasgian allies for the warning of the threats of nuclear destruction being utilized to attempt and further bully their position as they have realized even before the onset of negotiations for an attempted ending of the conflict that they have no tenable capability to successfully dislodge the superior Pelasgian forces especially with the backing of the Pressburg Pact.

Our Meridian Naval assets have been spread since the beginning of the conflict to ensure operational integrity would be maintained. Should we be called to act, the swift hand of righteousness will further turn the meridian sea into their graveyard.

Pelasgia, the place where the new government claims to be different from the old government, in reality its still the same where the government is changing as frequently as the moon changes its phases in a month. Their response to the refusal of our government to continue to sell them weapons of war after the change of government and withdrawal from the Pressburg Pact is to lay the threat of reverse engineering proprietary missile technology of the Empire for its own uses, and its "allies". This alone raises plenty of flags that should be addressed by its new, allies, the same ones that it had believed it was on friendly terms with before the invasion of Aresura that devastated both the Radillan and Pelasgian navies for years.

If the Meridian nations need themselves another red flag on their new ally, and its different but same policies, only need to ask one simple question. Where are the Pelasgian ballistic missile submarines? With the end of the war they returned to port, now they are all gone once more. That marks a significant portion of what remains of the Pelasgian naval combat forces and clearly a sign of aggressive offensive capabilities under the new government.

While some would say that same line with the Empire of Tarusa, Emperor Konstantin has shown multiple breaks from the ways of his brother and a much more conducive foreign policy. Konstantin has worked towards the founding of a new European Forum with mechanics for establishing a global system of order and regulation, strengthened relations with its neighboring germanic state of Ostmark, ended sanctions against the Republic of Tianlong in steps towards normalization of relations with the Republic, increased the global supply of oil and refined fuels on the global markets, and has stood once more in the defense of the little nations of the world while also using its strength as one of the worlds largest military powers to be a buffer to keep conflicts from growing larger. He has now even refused to cooperate in rebuilding the depleted Pelasgian navies offensive war capabilities by maintaining with the laws of the Empire that bar the sale of military hardware outside of Imperial borders and treaty allies. The majority of the vessels requested to be built by Empire Shipbuilding Corporation were offensive in nature, being an amphibious assault vessel, submarines, and a few other select surface combatants. The hulls of these vessels will be outfitted to Imperial standards and commissioned to the Imperial Navy or sold within the laws of the Empire and outfitted to the standards of the buyer.

The Radilan people should begin to take a look at what their government has done, what it is doing, and question how long it would be until the Pelasgians look to the remaining holdings of the Radilan Republic and the other half of the Aresuran oil fields. Your government will potentially tell you it is we who are your enemy, if Tarusa was the enemy Nuovo Porto and the Radilan home islands would have faced the wrath of the meridian fleet and that of the strategic bombers in Germania. The army groups of the Empire in WestMark and Csengia could have poured across the Isthmus and into Ebria. Neither of these events happened under Konstantin in either nations moments of weakness and desperation, this is the restraint of Konstantin that the world would not have received under Ivan.

The reportedly damaged Tarusan carrier and its group are welcome to take harbor and rest in Southern Engwahl. If we as neighbors to this conflict can do anything to minimize death we will do so gladly. We call upon all sides within the Angliarique and Pressburg Pact participants to speak and negotiate rather continue this unfortunate fight.
